HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM SECTOR NEEDS A UNIVERSITY-KINGSLEY KORANTENG


The Marketing Manager of Ramada Beach Resort formally Coco Beach Hotel, Kingsley Asiedu Koranteng has urge government to establish Tourism and Hospitality University to train people in the industry.
He explains that most of the tourist and Hospitality sector lacks train and capable persons for the rapid development of the sector.
With the establishment of a qualified training institution, Kingsley Koranteng believes that the industry can move from the third largest sector to the first.

He says the tourism and hospitality industry has grown to a significant achievement in the last decade.
He explains that influx of foreigner and foreign exchange are all signs of the achievement in the sector.
Kingsley Koranteng stated that if the government pays special attention to the industry, the industry will become the largest sector for the economy.
In an interview with Adom business news, Kingsley Koranteng urges Ghanaians to also invest in the tourism sector.
