OTUOFUO OSEI TUTU II OUT OF ROYAL WEDDING INVITED LIST

The Spokesperson of Ashantihene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Nana Osei has revealed that the Manhyia Palace has not received any invitation from the Queen of England as guest to the Royal Wedding on Friday.
Nana Osei tells Adom News that Otumfuo Osei Tutu returned from London yesterday evening but that if he had been invited, he wouldn’t have travelled back to the country.

It is confirmed that the Royal Highness of England invited all royals in the commonwealth and even some non-royals.
The Queen even invited dictators of Bahrain, Swaziland and Saudi Arabia, who are accused of committing severe human rights violations against their peoples.
The absence of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II means that King Mswati III of Swaziland with 13 wives will be the only African Royal invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding.

GHANA SET TO BECOME MALARIA-FREE BY 2015

The Head of Malaria Control Programme in Ghana, Dr. Constance Bart-Plange believes that the country will be able to eradicate malaria by 2015 in line with the World Health Organisation vision.
She tells Adom News the country has been consistently recording fewer Malaria cases year on year over the past 10 years.
The Malaria Control Programme used this year’s World Malaria Day which fell today to screen some 400 residents of some areas in Accra for malaria and Dr. Bart-Plange says only 25 were founded to have malaria.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) say malaria is the biggest killer of children under the age of five (5) in sub-Saharan Africa and it kills about one million people worldwide every year.
Dr. Constance Bart-Plange cautioned medical experts not to confuse malaria with other diseases.
