NDC YOUTH GROUP CALL ON PRESIDENT TO BE A SYMBOL OF UNITY

The Youth for Leadership (YLF) in the National Democratic Congress is calling on President Mills to take up the challenge in unifying the party.
The group believes that since President Mills is the leader of the party he should lead in the patching up differences in the party.
Speaking to Adom news, the National Chairman of the YFL, Kizito Akuadago says they believe that when unifying of the party is done it will secure the entire party behind him as they elections 2012 gets closer.
Mr Kizito Akuadago was reacting to the recent debate whether former President is the founder of the party or not.
He explains that since NDC was formed in the ideas of Mr Rawlings it will natural that they give him the respect as the leader of the party.
He charge on leading members of the NDC to stay away from the debate but channel their effort in unifying the party.

DIDIEYE RUBBISHES AFRICAN WATCH GRADINGS

The Member of Parliament for Afram Plains North, Mr. Emmanuel Aboagye Didieye has rubbished the African Watch Magazine’s grading of the MPs and governmental appointees performances.
He says the African Watch Magazine is not qualified to grade MPs because they do not know the duties of MPs.
Mr. Didieye says the people of Ghana are the best people to judge the MPs and not an independent body from the US.
Mr Emmanuel Didieye who got ‘F’ in the ratings stated that the US Magazine just want to sell their paper in Ghana.
Emmanuel Didieye urged Parliament to institute a law to ban international media for passing judgment in the Political administration in the country.
He says these measures will prevent the African Watch Magazine to pass judgment on African politicians.
