JERRY RAWLINGS WILL CAMPAIGN FOR PRESIDENT MILLS IN 2012- GENERAL MOSQUITO

The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Johnson Asiedu Nketia has stated that former President John Rawlings will campaign for the party ahead of the 2012 elections.
He says the NDC has become more united after the Sunyani Congress and thus the former President Rawlings will join the campaign to canvass votes for President Mills.
Johnson Asiedu Nketia made these statements at the party headquarters in an interview with Afia Pokua on Dea Mehunu programme on Wednesday.

Johnson Asiedu Nketia suggested that in order to reduce tension ahead of the elections in 2012, he advised that factions should visit each other’s office to share ideas.
He noted that the exemplary way by which former President Rawlings and President Kufour met at the JAK Foundation launch should be emulated by other political parties.
