SAMSUNG LAUNCHES LARGEST TV SET IN GHANA

Samsung Ghana has introduced a 72-inch LED television set, the company’s biggest television set in the world, to demonstrate its commitment to providing consumers with state-of-the-art technologies. The Public Relations Officer at the Ministry of Communications, Steve Mensah has commended Samsung Mobile for its initiative in making Ghana one of its sole distributors to other five African countries. He said such an initiative will go a long way to create jobs and advance the technology in Ghana. Steve Mensah made these comments on behalf the Minister Haruna Iddrisu at an exhibition held by Samsung Ghana. The Managing Director for Samsung Ghana, Mr. Bravo Kim has said there is the need for people to be abreast with the computer world especially children. He therefore promised that his outfit will ensure that they provide the best services in the country. He affirmed the company’s commitment to partner government to accelerate the development of Information Communications Technology (ICT) and help bridge the ICT huge gap.
