The President of the Tema Branch of the National Service Personal, Akwasi Mintah has slam back at the Minister of Local government Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo that service persons should have their first three months at the Military to instill discipline and commitment.
He explains that in the Western World their asset is the Military hence the law to post every citizen to do their national service at the Military.
