NO SCHOOL FOR K. BOATENG SDA PRIMARY SCHOOL

Pupils of K. Boateng SDA School lower primary have been on holiday since school reopened for third term.

According to one of the teachers, Madam Kate Boateng the entire school building was washed off by the recent floods coupled with strong winds early in the term.

She explains that the National Disaster Management and Organization NADMO officials constructed a temporal structure for class 4 to 6.

Kate Boateng says the school officials have written officially to the district Chief Executive officer and appropriate authorities in the area but nothing have been done.

The Headmaster of K. Boateng SDA School in the Amenfi Central district in the Western Region, Kwabena Arkah says officials of the committee who were assigned to restructure their building have put less effort in working on the project.

Mr. Kwabena Arkah says the school which has been close down since last month but the DCE who have been occasionally visited the school has not put the necessary structures for the commencement of pupils in the lower primary

Meanwhile, effort to reach the DCE Alex Nti for his side of the story proved fultile.
