RAWLINGS URGE GOVERNMENT TO INCLUDE CIVIL SERVICE IN THE SINGLE SPINE

Former President Jerry John Rawlings has urge government to immediate mediate to help kick start the civil service on the single spine salary structure.
He made this comments after media reports that the civil service are drugging the fair wages to court over their inclusion to the single spine.
Former President Rawlings says the Civil service are unsung heroes and do not receive praise whenever the government of the day performs well.
He explains that the achievement of any government is made on the shoulders of civil servants therefore government must make sure their demands are meant.
He made this statement at the 11th quadrennial congress of the civil and local government staff association in Cape Coast.

The Former President Jerry John Rawlings task civil servant to be discipline and transparent in administrating their duties.
He expresses his dissatisfaction in the civil service as they are complains of lateness, sabotage, unfriendly reception, corruption and politics at their various posts.
