JOURNALISTS MUST WATCH OUT- FORTUNE ALIMI

The Editor of Daily Guide Newspaper, Fortune Alimi has cautioned his colleague journalists to be on the guard ahead of the December general elections.
He says even security operatives are not enough to guarantee the safety of journalists; therefore journalists need to be on the lookout.
Fortune Alimi made these comments in response to National Security Coordinator, Col Retired Larry Gbevlo-Lartey’s, statement that no journalist was molested by BNI officials at the premises of an Accra High Court yesterday.

Research Fellow at the Center for Democratic Development, Abrampa Mensah says the media should continue to work even though there are challenges hindering their work.
Abrampa Mensah condemned Col. Retired Larry Gbevlo-Lartey for saying no journalist was molested.

The President of GJA, Ransford Tetteh says the media should ignore the unfortunate incident that happened to some journalists but added that the media should be accurate and work for the development of the nation.
