CHINESE LOAN IS NOT TRANSPARENT- MINORITY


The Member of Parliament for Nsuta-Kwamang constituency, Kwame Osei Prempeh says he suspect fishy deals in the government in the rush in approving the controversial 3 billion dollars Chinese loan.
He explains that the government did not take their time to read and analysis the details of the agreement before they approved the loan.
Kwame Osei Prempeh stated that the Minister of Finance could not answer crucial questions surrounding the loan when he appeared before parliament.

The Minister of Transportation, Collins Dawuda believes that the government has been transparent with the loan agreement.
He explains that the government redrew the initial deal in parliament to make way for every member to read deliberate on the issue.

Meanwhile, the Member of Parliament for Assin North in the Central Region, Kennedy Agyapong has predicted doom in the economy because the loan does not merit revenue accrued in the country.
He explains that Ghana’s economy might collapse due to the heavy loans acquired by Mills government in recent times.
