The people of Kasapin in the Brong Ahafo Region have set aside today for fasting and prayers in the town to avert the numerous premature death and witchcraft activities that have engulf the community.
The theme for the day long programme is entitle ‘Lord, Heal our Land’
The chief of Kasapin, Nana Wiredu Brempong says the move it to also to seek for more farming productivity in the next coming season in the area.
Nana Wiredu Brempong states that the whole community including animals is to feast and pray to God for his blessing for the community.
He urge the people of Kasapin to seek the faith of Christianity and other to progress in their life.
The head pastor of Kasapin Assemblies of God Pastor Wilberforce Waye Kyeremeh believes that after the one day programme they community will receive the blessing God.
He explains that all criminal activities will reduce after the end of the programme.
