A clinical Psychologist at the University of Ghana, Emmanuel Asiampong says most of the mental illness is due to the inability to manage anger.
He notes that the way individual interpreted issues are always the reason people get angry.
He explains that external expression of anger can be found in facial expressions, body language, physiological responses, and at times in public acts of aggression.
Emmanuel Asiampong stress that anger is a natural phenomenon which happens to every human being but says sometimes people are unable to manage their anger.
He explains the effects of anger on people.
To deal with anger Emmanuel Asiampong says one should avoid being too busy or deal with anger-provoking people.
He says Unnecessary hunger or thirst should be avoided and soothing music be listened to.
He stress that the best reaction is to simply keep calm.
